Budgetgirl, I am so sorry to hear about this cycle, but who knows maybe there could be good news on your next test. You never know but I am hoping the best for you this month or next. Good luck:)

Hey akp how is everything going, and what is your due date?? We just had our 18 week check up today and saw the little heartbeat and I am just over the moon again. Don't know when I will be able to let go of all this journey took and enjoy it, but its such a good relief everytime you see that little heartbeat. Our OB has a machine in his office so its really nice although you can't see much. Our 18 week ultrasound is on Monday and we are debating doing the UC baby one after. I just need the reminder and can't believe this would be the last one.
For all of you reading this and going through the journey trust me this takes time but it is well worth it in the end even if its your last try. I wish you all nothing but a healthy and happy baby no matter how it may happen.

Hi Singey, thanks for the note. All is good here. We are 20 weeks today. Half way there, so hard to believe. Due date is Dec 13. Yours must be around new years?
We had a bit of a scare last week with some heavy bleeding that lasted about 20 mins... the nice emerg doc said its common, something about a blood vessel rupturing. He did an U/S and the baby was perfectly fine so that was a huge relief. Otherwise, I am still waiting to feel some movement although I think I might have felt a little flutter this morning... so hard to know for sure. I'm still feeling a bit sick which is too bad! Wasn't that supposed to be done a month ago?? haha. Oh well, not complaining really. Are you feeling okay? Any movements in your belly?
I second Singey's last comment and wish everyone the best in this crazy journey.

Glad everything is going well. It's amazing the fear never really goes away, but glad you and baby are doing well. We are really happy just found out today it's a boy and thank god because the first thing my hubby bought when we found out we were pregnant was a football. We had a little fear with finding out baby's umbilical cord is suppose to be 3 parts and ours only has 2 and they said babies usually are small with this but ours is still measuring bigger the other fear is kidney or heart abnormalities but so far all looks good so we have to focus on that and enjoy this healthy baby and look at the positives of a couple more ultrasounds. Our due date is Christmas Day so we aren't that far off. I have felt a few little things but not sure if it was kicking or not. In the ultrasound today he was kicking away and I didn't feel any of it so I think its about to get real fun for both of us!!

Your hubby must have known there was a boy in there, ha! Sure makes it easier finding a name. We are not going to find out so have to come up with both types of names. not easy! Glad everything looks good. I'm sure he will continue to be healthy. I'm really looking forward to feeling something definite. Soon, I'm sure!
We are off for 3 weeks of holidays starting Saturday. I can't wait. Have a good August. I'll check back in at the end of August to see how everyone is doing.
