Sorry...I'm first week of November but would be happy to share my experience from my retrieval on our first attempt (August). The procedure itself is not bad at all...the thing I actually didn't like the most was in the recovery I had an IV with saline solution that made me feel cold throughout my whole body. Yucky feeling...just felt super chilly, but that was not for a long time. Took me about 2 days to recover back to feeling normal again.
TTC since April 2008
IVF/ICSI with PGD August 2009 (#1) and November 2009 (#2)- cancelled prior to transfer due to abnormal embryos
DIUI in January 2010
Pregnancy Confirmed Feb 2010
Miscarried at 8-9 weeks March 2010
DIUI #4 July 2010 (BFN)

Oops...should clarify. I didn't feel cold for 2 days...it was the bloating/cramping that lasted 2 days but it was more just like having bad menstrual cramps.
